We're conveniently located at 20319 State Road 54 just a 1/4 mile west of US Hwy 41 and 4 miles east off the Suncoast Parkway. We are open 7 days a week and are now offering Emergency afterhours service Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Dr. Deborah L. Sullivan and her team are recognized by her patients and clients for their exceptionally compassionate quality veterinary care. Dr. Sullivan is the founder of Suncoast Friends of Animals, a non-profit animal rescue group (along with board members whom are also members of her team). The compassion and concern for helping the increased homeless pet population and pet rescue within the community has spread throughout all members of our staff. We all work closely together in providing care for all animals in need. Many staff members have fostered as well as adopted rescued and or abandoned animals that have been rescued and given medical care by Suncoast Veterinary Care Center.
Dr. Sullivan is an active member of many other local animal rescue organizations and is actively involved in The Great American Teaching which occurs once a year. She is also an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association, and Humane Society of the US. In addition, she is also certified as an Emergency Animal Response Veterinarian.
Suncoast Veterinary Care Center is a full service animal hospital which offers emergency, urgent, surgical, and dental care. As well as, basic wellness and quality of life care. Our hospital includes an in house lab and radiography (X-rays). Additional services we provide are boarding and bathing.
We offer a pet and family friendly experience to all our clients with much love and compassion. Client care is very important to us and is extended to all that visit our practice, because your pets are family.
